The family identifier is the Gm_ctgXXXXX or Gm_SingletonXXXXXX part of the sequence identifier for a pHap or Singleton. If the sequence Identifier begins Gm-ctg00010 that is the family (contig) identifier. Since singleton sequences were not part of a family they have a slightly different identifier. If the sequence identifier begins Gm-Singleton000010 that is the identifier of a singleton and it is used in the box below.
